These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, forms, booking system, studio, digital keys, messaging programs, calling programs, and other online or offline services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). Majestic Wellness LLC, doing business as Studio Reset ("Studio Reset," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the Services. This version replaces the version effective August 26, 2026.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. That includes applying for or buying a membership, signing a Member Agreement, submitting a form, booking a session, using a digital key, entering the studio, or otherwise dealing with us through the Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You also sign a Member Agreement when you enroll. If the Member Agreement conflicts with these Terms on a specific point, the signed Member Agreement controls for that point. These Terms otherwise apply in full.
2. Scope of Services
The Services may let you:
- learn about Studio Reset, its equipment, and its memberships;
- ask questions and communicate with us by phone, text, email, or chat, including with our AI assistants;
- apply for a membership, sign a Member Agreement, and pay for a plan;
- book and cancel private studio sessions;
- enter the studio with an approved digital key; and
- receive emails, texts, calls, voicemail messages, and related communications.
Studio Reset is a private, self-guided wellness studio, open to approved members around the clock. It has one private suite, booked in one-hour sessions. During your booked hour you have the suite to yourself. Its equipment currently includes red light therapy, infrared, PEMF, a vibration platform, chair massage, and guided meditation (BrainTap). No staff are on site during your session. We may change the equipment at any time.
Studio Reset provides wellness services, not medical services. Nothing on the Services is a guarantee of any result, availability, or outcome.
3. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict about privacy practices, the Privacy Policy controls on those privacy issues.
When you submit information through the Services, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and disclose personal information as the Privacy Policy describes. That includes the health declaration, door access records, and call and chat records it covers.
4. Consent to Communications
When you submit a form, give us a phone number or email address, buy a membership, book a session, or ask us for information, you agree that Studio Reset and its service providers may contact you about your inquiry, your membership, and related Studio Reset matters. This is subject to your consent choices, applicable law, and our Privacy Policy.
These communications may include:
- application and membership follow-up;
- booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices;
- door access and digital key instructions;
- billing, renewal, and failed-payment notices;
- safety, maintenance, closure, or emergency notices;
- promotional messages, only where the law allows and you have given any required separate consent; and
- legally required notices.
They may be sent or placed by:
- Studio Reset staff;
- automated dialing and messaging technology;
- prerecorded or artificial voice technology;
- our AI voice assistant, "Jade," who answers the studio phone and can book and cancel sessions and send links by text;
- our AI text and web-chat assistant;
- SMS or MMS text messaging; and
- email or other electronic messaging tools.
The FCC has confirmed that AI-generated voice calls count as "artificial" voice calls under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). For promotional robocalls and robotexts, prior express written consent is required. Informational messages may follow different consent standards depending on the content and channel.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
5. SMS, Calling, AI Voice, and Voicemail Terms
This section applies if you give us a mobile or other telephone number.
A. Program description
Studio Reset may use your number to send or place communications about:
- application and membership follow-up;
- booking confirmations, reminders, and changes;
- door access and account notices;
- billing and renewal notices;
- customer service replies; and
- promotions, offers, and news, only if you have given separate consent where the law requires it.
B. Use of automated technology
Where the law allows and in line with the consent you give, Studio Reset and its vendors may use:
- automated dialing and messaging technology;
- prerecorded or artificial voice messages; and
- AI-generated voice and AI voice assistants.
C. Consent standards
You agree that consent you give through a web form, checkbox, keyword, signed document, or other disclosed method may serve as evidence of your request and authorization to receive the communications you selected. Consent must be specific to Studio Reset and the purpose shown when we collect it.
D. Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. You may get recurring messages depending on your membership, your bookings, and your preferences.
E. Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging or calling charges may apply.
F. Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Where supported, you may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP for help, where supported, or contact us at the details in Section 31.
You may revoke consent to calls or texts, including automated, prerecorded, and AI-generated voice communications, by any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. We honor revocation and do-not-contact requests as the law requires and, where applicable, within 10 business days.
G. Effect of opt-out
If you opt out, we may still contact you for communications the law allows, such as certain operational, safety, billing, or legally required notices. We deliver booking changes and door access instructions by text. If you opt out of all texts, we use email or phone for those notices instead.
H. No carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
We may use third-party messaging platforms to operate these programs.
I. Number reassignment and accuracy
Give us a valid number that you are authorized to use, and tell us promptly if it changes. If your number is reassigned and someone else gets messages meant for you, tell us so we can update our records.
J. Recording and logging
We and our service providers may log submissions, consent records, opt-ins, opt-outs, message events, call events, and related data for compliance, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. Calls, including calls answered by the AI voice assistant, may be recorded and transcribed, and the AI assistants keep conversation summaries in our customer relationship management platform. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of the call, as our Privacy Policy describes.
6. Membership Plans and Fees
A. Plans
Studio Reset offers four monthly membership plans. Each plan includes a set number of one-hour private sessions per billing cycle and a digital key for secure access.
| Plan | Monthly fee | Sessions per billing cycle | Booking hours | Authorized person |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Reset 8 | $129 | 8 | Any time, 24/7 | No |
| The Total Reset 12 | $149 | 12 | Any time, 24/7 | May add one authorized adult |
| The Night Owl 8 | $99 | 8 | 11pm to 4am daily | No |
| The Night Owl 12 | $129 | 12 | 11pm to 4am daily | May add one authorized adult |
Prices exclude sales or use tax, which we add where the law requires. Current plans and prices are listed on our website. A member on an earlier or founding plan keeps the terms of that plan as stated in their Member Agreement and in Section 16.
B. Enrollment fee
A one-time $45 enrollment and setup fee applies when you start a membership. It is charged with your first payment and is not refundable.
C. How a membership starts
Your membership starts when you have submitted your application, we have approved it, you have signed the Member Agreement, and your first payment has gone through. Your digital key is approved separately (see Section 11). You cannot book sessions until your key is active.
D. Night Owl plans
Night Owl plans cover sessions in the 11pm to 4am window only. A Night Owl member cannot book outside that window. We may change the window with at least 30 days' notice to Night Owl members.
E. Session allotment
Sessions are allotted for each monthly billing cycle. Unused sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over. Sessions have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, except that a membership with an authorized person shares one pool of sessions as Section 7 explains.
F. No freeze or pause
Studio Reset does not offer membership freezes or pauses.
8. Billing, Renewal, and Failed Payments
Memberships renew automatically each month, and we charge the payment method on file the then-current monthly fee on your billing date until you cancel. When you enroll, you authorize recurring electronic charges to the payment method you give us. Stripe processes payments for us through our customer relationship management platform.
If a payment fails, we retry it. We retry 1 day, 2 days, and 5 days after the failure. If the payment still has not gone through after the last retry, we pause your access: your key is deactivated and booking is closed until the balance is paid. The studio owner decides case by case whether to wait, call you, or cancel the subscription. During a pause you remain responsible for amounts owed.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your membership and access while the dispute is open. We give the card issuer our records of your consent, bookings, and door access to resolve it.
9. Cancellation, Rejoining, and Refunds
A. How to cancel
Memberships are month to month, with no long-term contract. To cancel, give us 30 days' written notice by email to admin@mystudioreset.com with the subject line CANCELLATION. Include your name and the email address on your membership. We confirm your cancellation in writing. If you do not get a confirmation within five (5) business days, contact us at the details in Section 31.
B. What happens during the notice period
Your key and your sessions stay active until your paid period ends. If your billing date falls inside the 30-day notice period, we charge that final billing cycle and your access runs to the end of that paid period. We do not prorate or refund partial months. [needs confirmation: the exact end date when the 30 days end mid-cycle; this restates the v1 rule that the final cycle is charged if the billing date falls inside the notice period.]
C. Rejoining
If you cancel and come back within 120 days of your cancellation effective date, you may rejoin at your previous rate, including a founding rate, if space is available. Your rate may be protected for 120 days, but your spot is not held or guaranteed. Limited-availability memberships, such as founding or Night Owl memberships, may be filled by others while you are away. After 120 days, rejoining is at then-current pricing and availability. A rejoining member signs a new Member Agreement and completes a new application.
D. Refunds
Membership fees, enrollment fees, and service charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires or Studio Reset states otherwise in writing. We give no refunds or credits for unused sessions, missed sessions, late arrivals, or not using your membership. If we permanently close the studio or end your plan, we refund the prepaid unused part of your membership.
10. Booking, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions
Sessions are one hour long, start on the hour, and are booked through our booking system, by text, or with our AI voice assistant.
Each booking uses one of your sessions. Cancel at least one hour before it starts and it goes right back; cancel later, or miss it, and it stays used.
- Booking. Bookings depend on availability. A booking reserves the private suite for you for that hour. You cannot book an hour already under way.
- Bookings inside the hour. You may book the next hour if it is free. A booking made inside the hour before it starts has no cancellation window. It is used as soon as it is booked, and we tell you so before we book it.
- Cancel and rebook. We do not reschedule bookings. To change a session, cancel it and book a new one. The cancellation rule above applies to the cancellation.
- Sessions are taken at booking. We take the session from your allotment when you book it, and return it if you cancel at least one hour before the start. A booking made in one billing cycle for a date in the next cycle uses a session from the current cycle. [needs confirmation: cross-cycle booking rule, pending the owner's acceptance.]
- Late arrival. Your session ends at its scheduled time, however late you arrive, so the next member's session starts on time.
- Studio cancellations. If we cancel your session because of maintenance, equipment failure, weather, or an emergency, we tell you and the session goes back to your allotment. That is your only remedy for a studio cancellation.
- Booking limits. To keep the studio available to everyone, we may limit how many sessions you can book ahead or per day. The booking system shows current limits.
- Booking gate. We may cancel a booking that does not meet the rules of your plan, such as a booking with no sessions left, a booking made while access is paused, or a booking outside the Night Owl window. We tell you why by text.
11. Digital Keys, Studio Access, and Conduct
Studio Reset is a private, unstaffed studio. You enter with a digital key on your phone, issued through VIZpin.
A. Approval and your key
- The studio owner approves every key personally. A signed agreement and a payment do not by themselves give you a key.
- Your key is personal to you. Do not share your key, your credentials, or any door code with anyone. An authorized person uses their own approved key.
- Access is for your booked session. Do not enter outside your booking or stay after it ends.
- You are responsible for all activity under your key. Tell us right away if you think your key is compromised.
- Sharing a key or credentials, letting an unauthorized person in, or entering outside a booking can end your membership immediately, without a refund.
- VIZpin logs door access events. See our Privacy Policy.
B. Guests and minors
- No guests are allowed. Only the member, or the authorized person, who booked the session may be in the studio.
- No one under 18 may be in the studio at any time.
- No pets or animals, other than service animals as the law defines them.
C. Conduct and use of equipment
- Use the equipment only as the studio guides and orientation instruct. Do not modify, move, or try to repair it.
- Follow all posted time, safety, and hygiene instructions, including eyewear instructions for the light equipment.
- Leave the room as you found it: reset the equipment, throw away trash, and wipe down surfaces as instructed.
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances. Do not use the studio while impaired.
- No food. Covered water bottles are fine.
- No photography or recording of the studio for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Report spills, damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns to us right away at the contact details posted in the studio.
D. Damage and lost items
You pay to repair or replace equipment or property damaged through your misuse or negligence, or that of your authorized person. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or left in the studio.
E. Security monitoring
Door access is logged, and one security camera outside the studio entrance records activity at the door, as the Privacy Policy describes. Once you enter, you have privacy and peace: there are no cameras inside the studio, the private suite, or any changing area. By using the studio you consent to the entrance monitoring.
12. Health Screening, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
A. Health declaration and clearance
Before you enroll, you complete an application that includes a health declaration. By checking the box, you confirm that you are okay to use the Studio Reset services. If you do not check it, the studio owner reviews your application and contacts you before you enroll.
If you have a heart condition, seizures or light sensitivity, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implant, you need written clearance from your healthcare provider before you may use the services. We may also ask for clearance for any other condition you report. You agree to answer truthfully and to tell us if your health changes in a way that affects your answers. We may decline or restrict service based on your answers.
B. Contraindications
The equipment is generally well tolerated by healthy adults but is not right for everyone. Talk to your healthcare provider before you use the studio, or the specific equipment, if any of the following applies:
- All equipment: pregnancy or trying to become pregnant; active cancer or cancer treatment; fever or acute infection; recent surgery; any condition for which your provider has advised caution with heat, light, vibration, or electromagnetic exposure.
- Red light therapy, infrared, and guided light-and-sound meditation: photosensitivity or photosensitizing medication; epilepsy or a seizure history; conditions triggered by flashing light; eye conditions or recent eye surgery.
- PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field): a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, cochlear implant, or any other implanted electronic or metal device; active bleeding or bleeding disorders.
- Vibration platform: acute thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis; recent fractures, joint replacements, or implants; severe osteoporosis; retinal detachment; herniated discs or acute back injury; kidney stones; recent surgery.
- Chair massage: acute injury, open wounds, or skin conditions in the treated area; blood clots or clotting disorders.
- Targeted cryotherapy, if offered (Section 15): Raynaud's disease; cold urticaria or cold intolerance; cryoglobulinemia; peripheral vascular disease; nerve damage or reduced sensation in the treatment area; open wounds or skin conditions in the treatment area; pregnancy.
This list is not complete. If in doubt, ask your healthcare provider.
C. Assumption of risk
Using wellness equipment in a self-guided studio with no staff present carries inherent risks. They include skin irritation, dizziness, temporary discomfort, muscle soreness, aggravation of an existing condition, allergic reaction, slips and falls, and, rarely, more serious injury. You voluntarily assume all risks of using the studio, its equipment, and our services, whether or not this section lists them, to the fullest extent the law allows. You release Studio Reset from claims that arise from those inherent risks, as the signed Member Agreement further provides.
D. Your responsibilities
- Stop and leave the studio right away if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain.
- Do not exceed the session times and durations posted in the studio.
- Stay hydrated, and do not use the studio on an empty stomach or right after a large meal.
- Remove jewelry and follow the clothing and eyewear guidance for each piece of equipment.
- Do not use the studio if you are unwell, if you have used alcohol or impairing substances, or if a healthcare provider has advised against the equipment.
13. Emergency Information
For your safety, give us your emergency contact information and any essential medical details, such as medications or the presence of a pacemaker, when we ask for them. Giving this information is your choice, but we may not be able to approve your membership without what we need to use the equipment safely.
Emergency instructions and contact numbers are posted in the studio. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 first, then notify us. The studio is unstaffed, so help will not arrive from us. You are responsible for being able to call for help from inside the studio.
14. Health Goals and Wellness Disclaimer
You may tell us your wellness goals, and we encourage you to. Studio Reset provides wellness services meant to support general well-being, relaxation, and recovery. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services do not replace medical care, physical therapy, or professional mental health treatment.
- What our website, studio, and communications say about the equipment describes how it is commonly used and what members typically report. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated those statements. Results vary by person, and we guarantee no specific result, including relaxation, comfort, recovery, or sleep outcomes.
- Our staff, AI assistants, and written materials do not give medical advice. Ask a healthcare professional about any medical question before you use our services and before you change your health routine.
- Studio Reset is not a health care provider and is not a covered entity under HIPAA.
15. Cryo on the Go and Appointment-Based Services
[needs confirmation: whether Cryo on the Go is still offered; this section carries over from the August 26, 2026 Terms and is deleted if it is not.]
Cryo on the Go is a targeted cold-therapy service by appointment only. It is booked and priced separately, and it is not included in any Studio Reset membership or in the private suite experience.
- We book sessions with you in advance.
- Pricing, packages, and package expiration are stated when you buy. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable except as the law requires.
- The booking and cancellation rules in Section 10 apply to appointments, using the cancellation window we state when you book.
- Before your first session you complete the cryotherapy screening and consent, including the contraindications in Section 12.
- Cold is applied only to the area you select. Temporary redness, numbness, tingling, or skin sensitivity there is normal. Tell us and your healthcare provider about any unusual reaction.
We may add, change, or end appointment-based services at any time.
16. Pricing, Promotions, and Founding Member Offers
- Founding member pricing. Founding member rates were limited in number at each tier and stay locked while the membership remains continuously active and in good standing. If you cancel, the locked rate is protected for 120 days under Section 9, if space is available. It is not protected if the membership lapses for non-payment, ends for violation of these Terms, or you do not rejoin within 120 days.
- Limited-availability offers. Offers described as limited in number are first come, first served while supply lasts. We may end a promotion at any time once its limit is reached.
- Price changes. We may change prices, session allotments, plan features, hours, and services. For active memberships that are not rate-locked, we give at least 30 days' notice by email or text before a price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
- Comparison pricing. "Value" comparisons on our website show typical mid-range per-session prices elsewhere at the time of publication. They are examples only and do not guarantee any third party's pricing.
- Errors. We may correct pricing or description errors on the website or in the booking system, including after an order, and may cancel an order based on an error with a full refund of amounts paid.
17. Form Submissions and User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or incomplete information, including on the application or health declaration;
- impersonate another person or misstate your age;
- give us another person's phone number, email, or payment information without authority;
- use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes;
- interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, the booking system, the access control system, or related systems;
- upload malicious code or harmful content;
- use the Services to send spam, exploit vulnerabilities, or evade opt-out controls; or
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit memberships, sessions, keys, or studio access.
We may reject submissions, suspend access, or block use of the Services if we believe these Terms were violated or we need to protect Studio Reset, members, or others.
18. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, layouts, studio guides, meditation and audio content, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Studio Reset and protected by intellectual property laws. "Studio Reset," "Night Owl," and our logos are marks of Majestic Wellness LLC.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or using Studio Reset.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from the Services, except as the law allows or with our written permission;
- use Studio Reset's name, marks, or branding in a misleading way or to suggest endorsement;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services without authorization; or
- record or redistribute the guided meditation or audio content provided in the studio.
19. Reviews, Testimonials, and Photos
If you send us a review, testimonial, comment, photo, or other content, or tag us on social media, you give Studio Reset a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit for length, and display it to promote Studio Reset. You confirm that you have the right to give that license. We will not use your full name or likeness in advertising without your separate consent. You may ask us at any time to remove your testimonial from our website or social channels.
We may moderate or decline to publish reviews that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to your experience. We do not pay for reviews and do not suppress negative reviews.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or work with third-party websites, booking and membership platforms, access control systems, payment processors, maps, calendars, analytics providers, communications platforms, or social media features. These include HighLevel (GoHighLevel), Stripe, and VIZpin.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy and security practices. Their own terms and policies govern your use of them.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Studio Reset disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- the booking system, the access control system, a digital key, or the studio equipment will always be available or work without interruption;
- any equipment will produce any particular result for you;
- messages, calls, or emails will be successfully sent or received;
- carriers will deliver on any particular timeline; or
- the Services will be free of delays, inaccuracies, or harmful components.
This disclaimer matters for messaging because carriers, device settings, filtering, network problems, and third-party platforms can affect delivery even when the sender does everything right.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Studio Reset, Majestic Wellness LLC, and their affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or relating to the Services, the studio, or these Terms, even if told the damages were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Studio Reset's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the total membership fees and service charges you paid to Studio Reset in the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law prohibits such a limit. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio Reset, Majestic Wellness LLC, and their affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services or the studio;
- your violation of these Terms, the studio rules, or your Member Agreement;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your giving us another person's information without authority;
- your misuse of the communications program or consent process;
- your sharing of a key or credentials, or your letting an unauthorized person into the studio;
- damage to the studio or its equipment caused by you or your authorized person; and
- inaccurate or incomplete health information you give us.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or end your membership or your access to the Services, or stop communications to or from you, at any time if:
- we believe you violated these Terms, the studio rules, or your Member Agreement;
- your payment fails and is not cured, as Section 8 describes;
- we need to protect the Services, the studio, other members, or Studio Reset;
- your conduct is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive;
- the law, a regulation, a carrier policy, or a vendor requirement demands it; or
- we end a Service, plan, or channel.
Ending your membership for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund. If we end your membership for our own convenience, such as by closing the studio, we refund the prepaid unused part.
Rights and duties that by their nature should continue after termination continue. These include consent records, payment obligations, assumption of risk, releases, dispute provisions, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnification, and compliance logs.
25. Electronic Notices and Records
You agree that we may give you notices, disclosures, records, agreements, and other communications electronically. That includes posting them on the Services, sending them by email, sending them by text where appropriate, or using other electronic means the law permits.
You agree that electronic records and signatures, including checkboxes, initials, typed names, and e-signature tools used for the Member Agreement, have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, to the extent the law allows. You may ask us for a paper copy of any document you signed electronically.
26. Geographic Scope
The Services are intended for use in the United States. We do not claim that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use outside the United States.
27. Governing Law and Venue
Washington State law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law overrides it.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, unless the law requires otherwise. [needs confirmation: Spokane County venue; the studio is in Deer Park, Spokane County.]
28. Dispute Resolution
We encourage members and visitors to contact us at admin@mystudioreset.com or (509) 300-5575 to resolve concerns before taking formal legal action. We aim to address issues promptly and in good faith.
Before filing a claim, send us a written description of the dispute and give us at least thirty (30) days to resolve it. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Spokane County, Washington, for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration. To the fullest extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, and claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
29. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Member Agreement or form you sign are the entire agreement between you and Studio Reset about the Services.
- Severability. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the provision is changed only as much as needed.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we do not give up our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your membership or these Terms. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including utility or internet outages, equipment failure, severe weather, public health orders, or government action.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date and may give more notice where the law requires or where the change materially affects active members, such as by email or text. If you keep using the Services after updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your membership under Section 9 before it takes effect.
